Throughout the day we offer a selection of menus that have been specifically created by our renowned and celebrated Executive Head Chef, Lee Clarke. Lee is a Michelin recognised Chef and not only that, he features in the renowned Good Food Guide as well as Hardens that reviewed Lee’s cooking as “innovative, very enjoyable and good value for the level of cooking and service”. Lee and his team use quality ingredients and seasonal produce fresh from our gardens which allows you to indulge in the very best of British cooking.
Treat someone special to a relaxing afternoon tea with a pot of great coffee or one of our numerous loose leaf teas. Sit in beautifully refurbished lounges or in the sun of the landscaped courtyard with a selection of hand made sandwiches and scones, with Cornish Clotted cream and our own recipe jams. The afternoon is finished with an array of hand crafted cakes & pastries. To end the event, a glass of Nyetimber English sparkling wine.
